On page 41 of the Uline catalog (1-800-295-5510 – uline.com) they list
S-2672 30 x 4 x 4 Indestructo Mailer tuck-top box (white outside).
also S-847 36 1/4 x 4 7/8 x 4 ditto. Availability is only in
quantities of 100 or more. I need only a few dozen. Is there someplace
out there that sells this box or something close in lots of a few
dozen? (Box must be closable on long side.) Thanks, MisterQ2

I was not able to locate boxes for 30 x 4 x 4 but you could get them
custom made by ordering them from Custom Made Boxes. You could also
call the numbers listed on the websites above and ask if they make
that particular size.
