Help, please. I installed a new software program "VIAVOICE9" and went to reboot
as it told me to do. It came up with and error message: NVCORE(01) +
0000814A ERROR: OE : 0028 : C15814BA It also would not let me shut
down. It also went into "Safe Mode". I thought my monitor went bad,
so I went out and purchased a new monitor. Now I cannot install the
new monitor, and my keyboard is useless unless I hit the connect
button on the receiver. "Wireless Keyboard" I also do not have the
disk that came with the keyboard to try and install it over again.
Can someone help me please. This screen is driving me wacco Thank
you.

Hello lillyanna,

The nvcore is a video driver for Nvidia video cards. I suspect some
corruption or incompatibility with this file, or some files associated
with it.

Which operating system do you use?

I would try to install the latest drivers for your video card first,
even if you have to put the old monitor back on. Do you know which
video card you have installed?

You can download the latest drivers here.
http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

Let me know if you are able to get the correct files.

Thanks,
SgtCory

Hi !

  1) If you cannot see anything on your new monitor, your video card
get busted.

  2) If your get output on the monitor, boot in safe mode on reinstall
the lastest driver. Here's some link dependant on which card you had.

For the wireless keyboard, you don;t need a driver. It's either a
PS/2 or USB connector and they are plug and play. So if your keyboard
is not detected at the boot time (on windows if you had) you just have
to press the button on the triangle part wire to the computer and the
device should be detected.

Also, VIAVOICE9 might not be the right program you need. Let me know
what you wanna do, ans your operating system ans i'll give you more
information.

Sorry if I'm wrong, but I thought it was standard practice to have to
press the 'connect' button before a wireless keyboard works?
