Just to let you know - this book is on a long list of books that
people are seeking to find.  I'm sure you know it's out of print.  I
was able find a PDF format of Chapter 15... and many references to the
book on the net.

Within Google Groups, Newsgroups: rec.arts.books.marketplace the book
is listed in: The BIG list of MSN user wants (with new additions.

I'll keep looking - mainly because I was able to find a rare out of
print medical book I read many years ago that my father - a doctor -
had in his large library of Medical Reference books.
