I will suggest several examples since I found no easily acquirable
software that monitors everything - meaning Email, Internet and
Network activity. Most software monitors each field separately. I have
listed software that may suit your needs. I'll just mention which ones
I'd recommend most.

Spector and eBlaster spy software ($100 each)

Email monitoring Software - Mentions of many software ranging from $10
to $70, one $350
Spy Mail and Webmail Spy are the ones closest to your needs among
these.

Internet spy software list

- I'd get NetVisor here since it would allow live spying of network
activity.

Email Spy Pro - $60

Email Spy by Spydex - $40
http://www.spydex.com/emailspy.html
- This one's a good budget choice for email monitoring.

Online Keystroke Recorder

Online Recorder ($40) and Keyboard Monitor ($30) Software

Email marketing tracker software
http://www.nicayla.net/michigan_web_database_applications.php?nic=ezmailtracker
- This is used by those who send out the marketing ad emails. So you
might know what the "other side" is using.

All of the previous (save the last) are PC Spyware though, none of
which I think can block Internet sites. Internet Filtering software
would be best for that purpose, though most of what I found are the
ones more meant for children.

CyberPatrol - Internet Filtering Software - $40

We-Blocker: Free Internet Filtering Software - doesn't work well yet
under WInXP
http://www.we-blocker.com/

Net Nanny Home page
http://www.netnanny.com/index.html

Cybersitter | Restricting Access to Objectionable Internet Content

GuardOne.com Internet Filter / Web Filter Software
http://shop.store.yahoo.com/bizguard/

SurfControl - Web and E-mail Filtering Software
http://www.surfcontrol.com/
- Here's the most complete filtering solution, though it would be
quite costly.

On another note, maybe you can watch your employees using the spy
software, then give a memo saying "I know you downloaded this and
that…" You could also get anti-spam software since that tends to clog
up email networks easily.

email tracker software
email spy software
internet block software
internet filtering software

I hope this has been a helpful answer. If you have any further point
you want to make clear, please post a request for clarification. Thank
you.
