Hi there, holmsglen.
I suspect that this office does not have this information available to
the public, yet.
This may be due to the fact that it is only a temporary office or they
would like to keep this information classified until after the
conflict.
I have worked on initial research for this answer for around two hours
now and I have only managed to find the address and other details for
the U.S. embassy, one other U.S. diplomatic office (possibly unrelated
to this) and an email address for the U.S. Agency for International
Development (USAID) organisation who are co-ordinating this operation.
I have learned that the USAID and Disaster Assistance Response Team
(DART) are based in this office which is officially known as the
Humanitarian Operations Center (HOC) in Kuwait, near the Iraq border.
If you would like me to gather all the information I have discovered
and post it as an answer, please let me know and I will be happy to do
so.

Even better, on an official web page, I have found the contact person,
e-mail address, and telephone number for the military press office in
the place where the Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian
Assistance is currently located in Kuwait. I would include this
information, along with the previous information I mentioned, in the

Actually, it is not strictly a military press office; a non-military
organization has had a briefing there, and it appears that the Office
of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance has had or will soon
have a briefing there too. So I hope that this supports my potential
answer. (Sorry for posting three requests for clarification; I just
kept finding new information.)

Oh , dear . I am not sure how this works. Now I find that
