Hi Leader
I spot checked the first on jobsdb.com and clicked on India. From what
I can tell it does not meet requirments 3 or 4. I don't consider a
form that you have to print out and mail in, an online form.
Please let me know which ones really meet the requirements.
Thanks, boogles

Dear boogles-ga:
When you go onto the main page on http://www.jobsdb.com, you will see
two tabs under the main heading. One says job seeker (which is
default), the other mentions employer. Click on employer. Under the
Interactive recruitment Network heading you will see pricing
information and online application form. Once you are through the
registeration process, you will have access to a sophisticated online
Recruitment Management System (RMS) allowing you to manage recruitment
tasks anywhere anytime at your own convenience. You will be able to
post the jobs online. Thanks.
I am happy that you asked. I know there may be more clarifications in
your mind. Please clarify again if you want to. Thanks again.

Hi Leader
Been there done that as they say. The pricing link leads to a page
that has no pricing as far as I can tell. And the registration process
consists of downloading a paper form that you print and mail in. That
does not meet #3 or 4 as far as I can see. Maybe I'm missing something
you saw. If so, please give the URL of the pages that show support for
requirements 3,4. Thanks.

Hello Dear:
After filling out the online application, they will tell you your
username and password and you will get access to their system where
you can post online and do other relevant tasks. As for the price,
there are a few websites that doesn't provide you their prices but you
have to call them. I only included some of these websites because:
1. Your asking prices of $100 for job posting is quite generous, I
think almost all of the websites will have a price which is less than
your quoted price.
2. I just didn't want you to miss on these great websites--- just
because--- they don't have their prices online but you have to call
them for the prices.
Anyway, Our work at Google Answers is to completely satisfy your
requirements therefore I will try to sort out websites that satisfy
your needs and let you know which websites does what. I will need some
time for this. I will keep you informed of my progress.
Thanks for asking. Please clarify again if you need to. I like being
scrutinized and advised as it really helps me come out with more
solutions for my customers.
Sincerely,

Hi Leader
Thanks. I will await your revision. I've seen many sites that charge
well over $100 - I think Monster is something like $300 so I'm not as
confident as you that $100 is so high. And perhaps I was not 100%
clear but by "immediate" I meant I don't want to wait a week or two to
snail mail a paper form, have it processed, contact some rep on the
phone, etc. Not your fault but such practice on the web nowadays is
absurd. It's hard to understand why sites do such stupid things.

Thanks for clarifying. I will make sure that I am more clear this time
around. Now why did I say $100 is quite generous is because from my
expereince I have found that most of the websites in Pacific Rim
countries and Asia charge significantly less (As is the case with some
websites in my response). You are right about Monstor.com and I agree
with you that some websites charge more but basically these are North
American and European one's.

Hello boogles-ga:
There are none or very few websites on the web that let you post jobs
immediately. All of them want you to register with them and than go on
with the job postings. The reason being simple......somebody might
post an inappropriate material. I have searched many websites but the
problem persists. Most of the websites give you a reply within 24
hours by mail and most of these websites have an online registration
form that you dont have to mail. I know you want to post immediately
but I did my research and came to the above conclusion. I am pretty
sure that after registering you will get a quick reply to post your
job. If you want me to identify something else, I will be happy to
post a clarification within 24 hours.
Sincerely,
leader-ga
