Upon closing MS Outlook XP, I receive: Compiler error in module
Autoexec. System, Win XP with latest service packs.

Clarification of Question by gpw1-ga on 08 Apr 2003 12:09 PDT
Compile error in hidden module: Autoexec.
When I opened the help for this error it said A protected module can't
be displayed. This error has the following cause and solution:

There is a compilation error in the code of the specified module, but
it can't be displayed because the project is protected.
Unprotect the project, and then run the code again to view the error.

For additional information, select the item in question and press
F1(in Windows) or HELP (on the Macintosh).

Greetings gpw1,

Can you tell me if you have:

A) The following files in your Microsoft Office Starup Folder (just do
a search on your hard drive): pdfmaker.dot and pdfmaker.xla.

B) Norton Antivirus Installed.

C) Goldmine Contact Management Software installed.

Most likely this is a problem with a third-party add-in that is
installed in your Office startup directory. You are laos probably
using MS Word as your e-mail editor. I would be interested to know if
the problem goes away after turning off Word as your email editor and
then rebooting.

Turning MS Word off as my editor did in fact solve this problem
