I'm looking for research or online articles or even studies and
programs on how leadership can be taught, trained, developed, etc.  I
am NOT looking for consumer information or things to buy.  Any
articles on how the concept of leadership is seen in diverse ways
(such as being an inborn trait versus an acquired trait) would be
great too.  A tip may be given in accordance to the quality and
quantity of information found.
