Can a windows 2000 server be set up to synchronize time for all
servers and workstations in the network?

Hi bigcrack !  The three following link will explain you everything
about the time synchronization with "net time" and W32tm, the time
service of Windows 2000 server.

Net time can be use on every windows base machine.  If you want that
the job be executed automatic, you can use a logon script.

You can configure you server to synchronize with an external SNTP
(Simple Network Time Protocol) server near of you tu always have the
right time.
