Dear hally1234,
To be honest, after researching your question for several hours, I've
come to the conclusion that all roads seem to lead to "Accessible
Journeys", the first agent I've listed below. There are others (I have
included some), but Accessible Journeys seems to be the only one that
offers everything you mentioned (wheelchair, assisted, Europe, Canada)
and at the same time are referred by several associations. In choosing
your travel agent, it will be important to find someone you can trust
- Accessible Journeys is recommended by SATH (Society for Accessible
Travel & Hospitality, the link is below), which is a big plus.
Although I've included two, I'm not comfortable dealing with companies
who do not include full contact information (name, address, phone
number) on their website, but it is up to you.
