I have broken my questions done into 4 parts.
1.  Which companies have the largest permission based marketing
databases in UK, USA, South East Asia, Singapore and Australia? What
do these databases have permission to do?
2.  What are the largest fashion related permission based databases in
Australi, South East Asia and UK (London specifically)?
3.  Who are the largest SMS providers specifically for UK, USA and
South East Asia?
4.  What examples are ther of fashion related companies using SMS as a
marketing tool?
