You should also consider law.com's experts & consultants directory,
located at: http://experts.law.com/default.cfm .  Not sure
documentation is a field, but you can do an advanced search for Phily,
and contact those that come up.

Why did you tell someone that I lived in  Philadelphia when he (she?)
asked for tech writers in that area? You are incorrect; I live in
Oregon, and have since 1995. I am curious, on what data did you base
your assumption that i live in Phila?
