Hi there,
I am basing my answer on the assumption that you were previously
indexed by Google, but this is no longer the case. If this is not
correct, please ask for a clarification of my answer, and I'll offer
other possibilities to you.
Problem #1
----------
Reciprcoal linking. Google hates it, because it undermines the
fundamentals of why Google works so well. A major ranking factor in
search results is "link popularity" - the more links that point to a
web page, the more likely it is to be a worthy result for the
searcher. The assumption by Google is that inward links are genuine.
Any scheme which automates a "if you link to me, I'll link to you"
process is in breach of Google guidelines:
"However, certain actions such as cloaking, writing text that can be
seen by search engines but not by users, or setting up pages/links
with the sole purpose of fooling search engines may result in
permanent removal from our index."

"Don't participate in link schemes designed to increase your site's
ranking or PageRank"
There are pages like these:
http://www.just-lotions-links.com/smile_face.htm
http://www.1000dictionaries.com/mothers_day_2.html
http://www.health-get.com/info/christmas_thinking.html
http://www.just-gift-links.com/box_card_gift.html
http://www.just-gift-links.com/21st_birthday_gift.html
http://www.just-wedding-links.com/favor_theme_wedding.html
etc...
Which either link to your site, or contain your URL in
computer-generated random text, like:
"...baskets and more with fast, FREE delivery! (RUSH delivery...Check
out 123Party.com mother's day gifts Last Updated January...Shaped
Balloons Mother's Day Fish Shaped Balloons...Balloon Bouquets Mother's
Day Balloon Bouquets... "
They appear to be part of an automated linking scheme from:

Problem #2
----------
"Don't create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with
substantially duplicate content."
You have easily breached this guidline by having substantially
duplicate content at the following URLs:
http://www.123party.to/
http://www.123party.com/
http://www.123party.net/
http://www1.123party.com/
http://www.ilovetoparty.com/
It just means that if one of your sites comes up #1 for a keyword
search, then the other four will probably fill the next four spots.
There is no benefit to the searcher.
Solution
--------
Most web site owners who breach Google guidelines are unaware that
they have done so, and do not realise how serious the consequences can
be. Ordinarily breaching just one guideline would results in a
PageRank of zero - which means you are still indexed, but do not rank
very high. In this case multiple breaches seem to have led to your
site being removed all together.
1) Contact http://www.build-more-pages.com/ and ask to be removed from
all the pages that include a link to your site, or the text
"123party". If Build More Pages do not help, contact individual
webmasters who host the link pages.
Use Google and AlltheWeb to search for the phrase "123party" to see if
any link exchange pages remain.
2) Remove all duplicate content domains, including the www1
sub-domain, from the web, and submit them to Google. When Google sees
they are not there, any trace of them in Google's index will
disappear:
http://google.com/addurl.html
3) When the problems have disappeared, contact Google, explain that
your actions were innocent, that you have remedied the problems, and
that you would like to have 123party.com reinstated.
Google say:
"Your page was manually removed from our index, because it did not
conform with the quality standards necessary to assign accurate
PageRank. We will not comment on the individual reasons a page was
removed and we do not offer an exhaustive list of practices that can
cause removal. However, certain actions such as cloaking, writing text
that can be seen by search engines but not by users, or setting up
pages/links with the sole purpose of fooling search engines may result
in permanent removal from our index. If you think your site may fall
into this category, you might try 'cleaning up' the page and sending a
re-inclusion request to help@google.com. We do not make any guarantees
about if or when we will re-include your site. "

Tiny Text links
--------------
The tiny text mentioned in jbf777-ga's comment may or may not be also
causing problems. Generally tiny text is only punished when it is the
same colour as the background, rendering it invisible to the human
visitor, but not to the search engine. However, using such small text
might be seen as a negative, when combined with other guideline
breaches. It cannot do any harm to remove the links.
If any part of my answer is unclear, please ask for a clarification.
Best wishes,
