How successful have independently produced shows been on cable? I know
of a show called "Action Shooters" that airs on the Outdoor Channel.
They buy their time on the network and then resell commercials during
their show to sponsors. Are there other similar shows? Have they been
around for a while? Very important: How much money do they sell their
spots for on average?
