Greetings rr3225:

I've examined many links trying to discover a free sample of a triple
net lease online but the closest I could come to complimentary was a
trial copy of some leasing software. You didn't specify that you
wanted it free but I always go that route first. :) (I also searched
Questia at http://www.questia.com to see if they might have one in a
book but didn't have any luck there either.)

However, the trial copy I spoke of it Abstract Pro and it is available
for download by entering your email address at
http://home.fuse.net/virtualease/download-ap2-registration.html. This
will take you to a page to "download a fully functional Abstract Pro
Trial Copy and User Guide" - a bit more about the program is located
at http://home.fuse.net/virtualease/abstractpro.html. With the trial
copy, you're able to see if the software will work for you before
purchasing it.

Some other lease agreement software I found repeated in a few places,
The Standard Legal Network's Lease Agreement Software, is available
from http://standardlegalsoftware.com/lease_agreement.html for $14.95
and the program includes triple net leases.

From http://www.nupplegal.com/comtripnetle.html there are triple net
leases available for download in multiple formats and they cost either
$19.95 or $14.95 depending on the lease.

Should you require clarification of any of the links or information
provided, please request it and I will be happy to respond.
