Perhaps no mugshot is available if he is in custody awaiting trial?
Surrey Police may be able to advise. Details of how to contact them
are at their website:

Although a lot of fun, Antoni Imiela's image is not among the ones
here. Linked for fun...

Hio again,

This is not a mug shot, it's an artist's sketch:

http://tinyurl.com/9bj5
..."This is the e-fit [sketch] of the man Thames Valley Police want to
question in connection with the rape of a 12-year-old girl in
Bracknell last July, as part of Operation Orb..."

Scroll down to read all he is suspected of, it's horrible!

And linked from there, the article that shows it is Antoni Imiela's
sketch:

03.12.02 - Man arrested in "trophy rapist" hunt
http://www.binfield.co.uk/pages/localpolicearchivednews.html#sr
..."A 48-year-old man is being questioned by police hunting a serial
rapist who has been terrorising the South East of England.

The man, understood to be Antoni Imiela from Appledore, near Ashford
in Kent, was arrested late on Monday night on the M20.

Det Supt Mark Warwick, of Thames Valley Police, who is acting head of
Operation Orb, described the arrest as a "significant development" but
stressed it was part of an on-going inquiry..."

This may be as close as you get, but never say never!
