I have sent an e-mail to an online publication that I have reason to
believe might have helpful information.  I will let you know if I
receive a reply.

In the meantime, I should ask: Would drawings from the patent document
be a sufficient answer?

Incidentally, I also tried sending a message to an e-mail address for
Mr. Olson from about three-and-a-half years ago -- it did not work,
unfortunately.

I have a copy of the patent, and so am familiar with the drawings.  I
am interested in knowing if it actually works.  I think the online
publication and the vdo.inventor@altavista.net are things i have
already tried,  although maybe you will get a response.  I have
written the p.o. box on the patent as well, also to no avail.  This
machine would be quite something if it works, but Mr. Olson may not
want to be found.  Thank you.

Hello towles-ga,

Would a lising of various sites with examples of working aircraft and
be sufficient to answer your question?  Are you specifically
interested in finding out if Virgil Dale Olson has one in operation?
