Hello isaac18,
Thank you for your question.
One of my favorite sources for consumer opinions is www.epinions.com:
http://www.epinions.com/hmgd-Large_Appliances-All-Microwaves-KitchenAid
We found 14 results for KitchenAid Microwaves
Unfortunately, only four of the 14 products listed here had reviews
and each only one, at that. None of the convection ovens were consumer
reviewed. All of the reviews, however were 5 Star. You might wish to
read the reviews of these products even though they do not target the
models you are seeking.
Epinions does have this 5 Star review, however:

KitchenAid Single Electric Wall Ovens
"In the last two weeks since we bought our KitchenAid convection oven,
my family has eaten better than they have in years. We bought our
house three years ago, and the kitchen appliances that came with it
were about 25 years old, and it showed. Anything I tried to cook in my
old oven was burned on the bottom, raw on the top, and you never knew
what would happen in the middle. Finally, about a month ago, we
decided it was time to replace this relic.
We shopped around, and my husband was first drawn to the Bosch
convection oven. The price was about the same, and at the time we had
a Bosch dishwasher we thought we loved (see my Bosch dishwasher
reviews...we were very wrong about loving Bosch). The price was a bit
higher than other comparable ovens, but he loved it. Then we started
having some problems, again, with the dishwasher, and found an
appliance guy who really seemed to know his stuff. He didn't even
carry Bosch, mainly because they are so expensive to fix, and, as we
found out, they do require fixing. So, he showed us a Jenn Air oven
that looked great. It was a convection oven, about $900 (I think the
Bosch was in the $1400 range), just the right size, stainless steel,
everything we were looking for. We asked him to order it for us, and
then went home and measured.
Please, if you ever have to buy a wall oven, MEASURE FIRST!!!! Now
that we had found the oven we definitely wanted, IT DIDN'T FIT! So, we
went back to our appliance guy, only to find out that we couldn't get
the Jenn Air oven we wanted in the size we were looking for. So, we
moved on our next choice, the KitchenAid. We looked it up everywhere,
and found only glowing reviews. It had all the features we wanted, and
more. In fact, we found that in order to get this oven in the size we
needed, we would have to add some features we didn't really think we
needed (meal convect cooking, roasting thermometer built in, etc.).
So, we paid a little more (but still less than the Bosch), and ordered
the KitchenAid..."

Microwave/Convection Ovens
"This unit is the ultimate--a microwave oven and a convection oven in
one. Capable of baking, broiling, and microwaving, this model can
speed up your cooking by putting microwave energy and variable,
convection heat together, to create a crisp, brown surface on foods in
less than half the time of a conventional oven. The unit offers 41
ready-to-go, preset microwave/convection cycles, an accurate sensor
that will handle the cooking, five food categories, and the re-heating
of four categories. The automated defrost that is programmed into this
oven will tackle seven commonly defrosted food categories. The
controls provide ten microwave power levels and are electronic with
touchpads. This model boasts a good size, 12-3/4-inch recessed
turntable that accommodates most dishes and a child safety lock to
prevent unauthorized use. The accessories come with the unit and
include a convection bake rack for two-level baking and a convection
broil rack. Trims kits are available at an additional cost for
built-in applications in 27-inch or 30-inch cabinets."
This is one of their recommended products in class, and you might wish

Surprisingly, there was little more on Kitchenaid Convection Ovens on
the web, so I trotted over to Google Groups to see if I could find
discussions. There was not much here as well:

"We have a Kitchen-aid Flat Top Convection oven and I am moderately
happy. The Halogens (we have two) are terrible. They act as if they
have two settings on or off. To get any form of moderate heat within
your children's lifetime you have to set them at high and then down
after about 3-4-5 minutes. Otherwise the sauce you want to reheat
will stay cold.
The oven I have has two coil elements as well which are much better.
They have a good heating range at resonable speed.
The convection is quite nice but does not cook as evenly as I would
have expected. When we bake cakes we have to rotate them half way
through to get an even cooking. The self cleaning function works well
but has caused two strips of yellow stained the top of the door.
Kitchenaid also makes a flat top with four coil elements for less
money than the halogens. I think you might be better off with it..."

"I am considering replacing our wall oven with a combination
microwave/conventional oven- any opinions about makes that are good or
ones to avoid?
Also any opinions about convection ovens?...
...We just bought a kitchen aide regular-convection oven and like it.
These were all reviewed in the most recent consumers. In general
convection ovens have a somewhat smaller body than regular ones. They
are great for baking and convection roasting. I particularly like the
meat probe which turns off the oven automatically when the internal
meat temperature gets up to the right level...
...I have had good luck with Kitchen-Aid appliances. Remember, K-A is
really just Whirlpool's "premium" brand. They are typically of high
quality imho and in the opinion of Consumer Reports. If you can
stomach the price, sounds fine (but small - 24" is narrow). Typical
to my knowledge is 27", and we just ordered a new one at 30"...
...Kitchen Aid is an excellent choice although a little pricey. You
will find the KA and Whirlpool 24" wall ovens to have the largest oven
cavity of any brand. Typically a convection oven will cook 1/3 faster
and at a slightly lower temp(about 25 degrees), so yes it will save
time and
money. Also the electronics hold up pretty good but if you have a
problem with the electronics it can cost a lot to fix.
Hope this helps..."

"Hi. My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen and request advice
concerning convection wall ovens. Are they really worth the extra
money ? What brands are best?. Also on average, how much quicker do
they cook food and is the food comparable to that of a conventional
oven? Thanks for any help...
...We put in a KitchenAid convection wall oven. It is an excellent
oven and we have no compaints. One reason we went with the KitchenAid
was that it came in a 30" model. Most other brands of wall ovens were
27" wide. You loose some depth in the oven because it is a convection
oven. Still sometimes our oven seems too small..."

"I am currently building a house and am SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING a
KitchenAid SuperbaTM 30" Combination Thermal Convection Oven with
CrispwaveTM Microwave.
Monochromatic White Model KEMS307DWH
Any feedback on this unit?...
...I have a KA Crisp microwave. The microwave features are very
powerful and I like the programmability. The dual waveguide helps to
distribute the microwave energy very evenly and the turntable is large
and easy to clean. The popcorn feature worked perfectly and the
automatic cycles are helpful (especially since the codes are written
on the inside of the door).
But, the crisping pan needs some more refining, in my opinion. It
heated very unevenly the times I used it. I used it to make lemon
bars per the instruction manual recipe and the ones in the center of
the pan burned on the bottom. When I made bacon on it, it was much
messier than cooking on paper
towels; harder to clean up and I had to worry about burning my hands
on the hot pan since it was hard to balance. The halogen browning
element seemed to work best when food wasvery close to it using the
metal rack that comes with the oven. Reheating pizza was great with
this feature. It didn't get soggy.
I have not used these features in combination.
So, my final conclusion is that the crisp microwave is a great
microwave (the best I have used), but I can live without the added
sizzle and crisp features...
...I don't have any experience with the Crisp Microwave, but it looks
pretty intriguing. And I *can* recommend KA's electronic convection
ovens, as I'm using one now and like it a lot...

"...I am very pleased with my electric KitchenAid thermal/convection
oven. I already have a microwave built in to a wall niche above my
wall oven, so don't really need another one. Indeed, I had a
thermal/convection/microwave oven several years ago and didn't care
for its performance; however, you might like it depending on what kind
of cooking/baking you do.
Anyway, I am not certain about what sizes are available for the
KitchenAid wall oven. Mine is the standard width (27" I think). Due
to the type and quantity of baking I do (I bake all our own breads and
pastries, and lots of meals, and I like to put LOTS of stuff in the
oven at the same time -- and whole turkeys, for instance) I think the
major limitation is the width; however, I also have a Viking 6-burner
stove with 36" oven and that provides me with a lot of assistance.
What I really like about my KitchenAid are that it is
thermal/convection, so I have a choice of what type of baking I'm
doing. It also has a temperature probe which is useful for things
like turkeys and such. And it heats up FAST!! I am always amazed at
how fast it comes up to temperature.... In addition, it has a
dehydrating/proofing function which allows you to choose temperatures
somewhere around 100 (I forget the exact specifications). You can dry
foods with this feature, but I use it mostly for proofing bread
dough..."
So, having read and searched extensively, I can not find a bad review
or mention of poor service or reliability problems with Kitchenaid
Convection ovens. As you can see, most owners seem to be very happy
with their pruchases.
