Hello -

Important Note: This answer is not finished until you're satisfied
with it. If you choose to rate this answer, I ask that you do so
_after_ asking for any needed information/clarification. Thanks for
your understanding.

To get the most exposure, your best bet is to post the same ad on
multiple commercial-level sites in the most appropriate categories for
this job -- health/business. By "commercial level," I mean those
sites with multiple job categories with a professional structure, such
as monster.com. Countless people looking for jobs in any category and
locale are going to surf these sites. I would also put ads in your
local newspaper, and post to some of the sites I've listed in the
"local" category below. In addition, there are some politics-specific
job sites as well:

Thanks, and additional information needed.
FYI, the commerical sites can be problematic for small organizations
as you get flooded with responses from unqualified applicants, so the
specialized sites are more useful. The politix group is very helpful
in this regard. I am also looking for the specialized job posting
sites in the public health /alcohol policy field as well. Please
search that as well. thanks.

Hi -

There was only one more link I could find with regard to job
classifieds specific to politics:

Political Resources
http://www.politicalresources.com

Here are 3 more sites specific to public health employment:

Public Health Jobs
http://www.publichealthjobs.com/

Public Health Jobs Worldwide
http://www.jobspublichealth.com/

Addiction Medicine Jobs
http://www.addictionmedicinejobs.com/

Also, have you thought of posting to the large sites, but making your
ad extremely specific and targeted? Maybe you can weed out a lot of
applicants that way. I would also recommend investigating employment
agencies that can do a lot of screening and filtering for you. Please
let me know if I can help you further before rating this answer.

Thanks,
