Hello ratan,

The only relevant courses I have found in Florida are probably further
afield than you require, so I’m posting this as a comment rather than
as a paid answer.

The Palm Beach Photographic Center in Delray Beach offers short
workshops on various aspects of digital photography
http://www.workshop.org/ (Select Digital Imaging to view the list).

There is a course in Tampa at the International Academy of Design &
Technology
http://www.academy.edu/digital_photo.asp

If online courses might be of interest:

Digital Photography 101, Instructor: Prof. Arthur Bleich. “During the
10-week structure of the course, students will learn digital
photography while working at their own individual skill level. Using
the digital camera of their choice, they will explore lighting, color,
texture, composition, and other subject matter to achieve a solid
grounding in both technical and creative photographic processes.
Registered students will have their assignments posted at a special
section of the site for viewing and critiquing by the instructor. A
Discussion Board for exclusive use of the class and instructor will
provide interaction and feedback.” http://www.dpcorner.com/digiphoto/

And a further list of online courses:

The web site of Burton Manor College, Burton, South Wirral, Cheshire,
England includes a page listing many URLs to helpful Web resources
about digital photography:

as does Harry Grrenside’s page on the Duke University site
