transaction service that let me send money from Pakistan to United
States and other countries using my credit card.

I need to know if your credit card is linked to an U.S. bank account
and also if you are a U.S. resident (who are living in Pakistan
temporarily). This information is needed in order to find the better
service for your situation.

Hi shoaib!!

Finally I found a good online service for you that donīt need the
answer of my last requewst for question clarification.
The service provider is iKobo:

The Pakistan page of iKobo is:

First of all you must register as an iKobo member, to do that go to:
http://www.ikobo.com/ikobo.cgi?action=create

"Your iKobo membership enables you to send money to recipients within
the United States and other countries specified within the iKobo
website and request cash. All transactions made through the iKobo
service will be originated from a valid credit/debit card or checking
account...
To enroll in iKobo you must be at least eighteen (18) years old, and
have a valid e-mail address...
You may choose to add (Link) to your iKobo Profile any of the Card
Accounts from which you would like to send money. Upon Sending Money,
you authorize iKobo to authorize one (1) small charge to the Card
Account to confirm your ownership of the Card Account...

X. DESCRIPTION OF USE FOR INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS
iKobo service facilitates international money transfers
('International Transactions') funded from your Linked Accounts to
recipients in other countries...
In addition to the applicable transaction fees, a currency exchange
rate will be applied at the time of receipt. The exchange rate is set
by the ATM network. For International Transactions sent in U.S.
dollars, the recipient may be charged fees and a foreign currency
exchange rate by their financial institution owning the ATM...
The actual amount that your recipient receives may be reduced by
charges imposed by the ATM network...
Funds availability to the recipient is dependent on local laws, and
bank and clearing system regulations, and is not guaranteed by iKobo."
Summarized from the Terms and Conditions page:
http://www.ikobo.com/ikobo.cgi?action=terms

From the FAQs section:

"Q: How do I send money?
A: To send money just:
Register for an iKobo account.
Add a credit or debit card to your account.
Verify the credit or debit card.
Add a recipient to your account.
Send the recipient money."

"Q: Can i use my debit card to send money? I do not own a credit card.
A: If your debit card has a Visa or MasterCard logo on it you can use
it to send money."

"Q: How do I receive money?
A: To receive money, you have to have an i-Kard. When someone sends
you money the funds will be available immediately at any ATM
displaying the PLUS symbol. Just withdraw the funds using your i-Kard
and PIN. Remember to select "Checking" when withdrawing your funds. In
the US, you can also use your i-Kard to make purchases or to make
long-distance telephone calls."

"Q: How do I get an i-Kard?
A: You will recieve an i-Kard the first time someone sends you money?
If you live in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin
Islands an i-Kard will be mailed to you. If you live in Trinidad or
Antigua you can pick up your card at one of our agent locations. If
you live any any other country serviced by iKobo, an i-Kard will be
delivered via DHL courier services."

"Q: How do I receive money once I have an i-Kard?
A: Once you have an i-Kard just tell the person who is sending you
money your account number not your i-Kard number (ex. AA111111ZZ) or
your ikobo email address (ex. ikobouser@ikobo.com). They can use this
to add you to their recipient list."

"Q: Is there a delivery fee for the i-Kard?
A: For customers within the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin
Islands, Trinidad and Antigua i-Kard delivery is FREE.
There is a small on-time delivery fee of $15.00 for delivery to other
countries."

"Q: How does iKobo work?
A: -The sender registers for a free iKobo account at www.ikobo.com.
-The sender enters information identifying his/her recipients.
-The sender enters his/her credit card information.
-The sender then enters the amount to be sent and sends the money.
-For security reasons, iKobo will authorize two small amounts against
the credit card (your credit card will not actually be charged).
-The sender determines the amounts charged by calling the number of
the back of the credit/debit card.
-As a security procedure to prevent credit card fraud, the first time
the sender uses a credit/debit card to send money iKobo will split the
transaction into two amounts that are charged to your card. The sender
must call your bank to detrmine the two amounts before we process the
transation.
-The sender returns to the iKobo site and enters the amount of the
authorizations. We call this verifying the credit card. Verification
ensures that the credit card is actually yours and protects all iKobo
customers against credit card fraud.
-The recipient is delivered an i-Kard or he/she gets one from an
authorized iKobo agent.
-The recipient uses the i-Kard to go to an ATM and withdraw the money
(globally), make purchases at a store (US only) or make long distance
phone calls (from the US only)."

Hello Livioflores researcher and please note that I now want
to send “international money order” using my valid Visa
credit card through the website of www.ikobo.com but I need
a little clarification from you before that. I want to
mention that I want to send that money order to the
commercial organization in the U.S.A. country for purchase
of ‘paid membership’ of the website of that commercial
organization but please note that there ‘might’ be the
possibility that the employee or agent or representative of
that commercial organization “might not” come to the any
of the ‘ATM of Visa’ in their locality in the Tampa city
of Florida state of U.S.A. to take out that money from
that ATM for above mentioned purpose because of his
“personal neglect or his personal laziness OR he may
come late” and if this happens then what is the
‘solution’ for this mentioned problem so that I shall be
able to send that money order for above mentioned
purpose? Many thanks for your help in this regard and
please note that previously you had also provided excellent
answer of investment banks and please again accept great
thanks for that beautiful answer.

Hi shoaib!!

When an iKobo Merchant receives a sale from a buyer, the funds will
immediately be placed in the merchant's iKobo balance. This balance is
viewable in the merchant's Account Overview page.
Withdrawing the money inmediatly or not is a merchant's decision, the
money sent by you is in merchant's account and your payment is
accounted in both, your and merchant's iKobo balances.
The same is valid for personal iKobo accounts.

Hello Livioflores and please note I now want to pay 'international
money order' by my active Visa credit card from the website of
ikobo.com but I need a little more confirmation from you before
that. I want to know that in the 'merchant's account page' in the
ikobo.com website, "my name and my email address" would be
visible or not because that commercial organization would send
its "paid password" to me by email for purchase of its
membership? Thanks for your help from Shoaib and after
receiving your answer I shall give ***** rating to your
answer.

Livioflores researcher thanks for your answer but please note that you
have told that the merchant would "neither have my email address nor
my postal address nor my telephone number" in the website of ikobo.com
then I want to know that in this situation "how" can the above
mentioned or any other commercial organization can send or
deliver its "product" to the customer? Thanks for your help in
this regard from Shoaib.

Livioflores researcher please note that I have just now read the
'advertisement' above and also its website of
www.moneybookers.com website and this organization sends money
all over the world "instantly via email" and the merchant
also immediately receives that payment or money sent to him
so therefore I have now decided to send money order through
that moneybookers.com website and this organization of
United Kingdom country is more cost efficient and also the
leading in the world. Regards from Shoaib.

Hi!!

The merchant never get "my email address nor my postal address nor my
telephone number" from iKobo.com , he will have this info FROM YOU
only if you give him these info when you registered in the merchant
webpage.

If the merchant need to send you e-mails, or must ship to you some
products, he will ask for your data to you and if you trust in him you
will give the info. If you donīt want to give to the merchant your
personal data the transaction will not be realized.

Good luck with www.moneybookers.com

Livioflores researcher please note that I have now signed-up for the
'merchant account page' in the www.ikobo.com website and in that
page I have come to know that it contains the information of
"sender's name and his email address" so it means that the
information you have provided above about merchant account page
was 'wrong'. But I want to mention that the overall information
you have provided about ikobo.com website is great, excellent
and top rated because this company is indeed the leading
money transfer company in the world providing excellent online
money transaction services. I would now give ***** rating to
your beautiful answer. Regards from Shoaib.

I have done the research and found that moneybookers is much cheaper,
at least for transferring money to myself in another country, and I
presume that this follows onto other aspects. You can also do it by
mobile phone in some countries. Cool.
