The answer to your question, I need further clarification on a few
things.
1) Does this position have a industry standard title? If not, can you
please tell us what the job functions would be so that I can find
something comparable?
Does this position require sales, or selling, or is it a training
position only?
2) What type of certifications, or degrees does this person have? Most
executive positions go by level depending on qualifications and
experience, such as level I level II, and level III and so on. If
applicable, which level were you interested in?
I have been going through quite a few salary reports, and I am afraid
It's going to be next to impossible to find an exact match for the
title you listed previously. Many companies do not give their
employees industry standard titles, but make something up instead. If
an exact match can not be found, will a salary report from a
comparable position suffice?
Thanks!
