Interesting question that your professor asked you :-) Clearly, the US strategy has been almost as advanced as it's technology. By making a daring strike up through Iraq, without pausing to liquidate resistance, the US has 'turned its strength against the enemy's weakness', a great deal of text could be devoted just to the idea of 'when on dangerous ground, make strategems'. To illustrate, some historians criticize Eisenhower's strategy during WWII as essentially just push a broad front straight across Europe until you eventually reach Berlin (as it happened, until they met what became East Germany) This war, from what we've seen of it, has shown a strategic brilliance and deception much more like what Sun Tzu would have approved of -- cutting off and bypassing the enemy, getting inside his decision tree, etc. |

The Art of War is how to fight a war , The Prince is how to govern a country afterwards, For example give the police the same weapons as your troops to show them you trust them. If not dont expect the to risk life or limb on your behalf. Kemlo |
