Hi! Thanks for the question.

The main purpose of Empire Capital is to lend money to different
businees organizations. It doesn't matter to what industries they
belong to. But specifica;lly they have experience in the following
industries:

- Medical
- Construction
- Manufacturing
- Distribution
- Vending
- Printing
- Export/Import
- Service Industries

The company provides lending to businesses, which needs funds
assistance for expansion, acquiring real estate, or buying equipment
and franchises.

Currently they also have a new product called the "Post Your Own
Investment" program which provides trading of G-7 Currencies and a
variety of financial instruments.

Thanks!

Hello easterangel-ga and thanks for your answer. I want to know that
in the above mentioned website it is written that 'we are the ultimate
in the financial assistance and we can provide lending for every
business imaginable', I want to know that what is the meaning of the
above mentioned statement so that my query should be solved? Many
thanks for your help.

Hi again shoaib and thanks for asking a clarification before providing
a rating.

Please remember that as I mentioned, although they are lenders in the
particular fields they listed they may also lend to other types of
businessess. In a sense whatever your business, they will accomodate
you.

However, I do want to warn you that such pronouncements are usually
made for marketing purposes. They may be willing to lend to other
organizations but they may add other conditions since they do not have
much experience in these industries. Such conditions may not even be
mentioned in the website.

I do hope that my clarification was of help to you shoaib-ga.

Thanks again.

Best Regards,
Easterangel-ga

Hello Easterangel-ga and thanks for your answer but please note
that Empire capital group inc. is also loan brokerage firm and
in their website it is written that we have arrangements
with 350 different financial institutions and private money
sources and therefore we can provide lending to all
commercial entities in all the industries worldwide, so
therefore it provides 'confirmation' that empire capital group
inc. can handle 'any' type of loan request. Please provide
clarification of my statement. Thanks for that.

Hi again shoaib and thanks for the follow-up.

It is indeed true that if Empire Capital has indeed such a backing
(350 different financial institutions) loans even in different
industries would not entail that much risk.

In the Conventional Business Loans page it shows that they can indeed
and accomodate other types of businesses.

"Typically manufacturing, vending, distribution, High-tech industries
and commercial real estate ventures are the primary candidates for
this type of financing. Other commercial entities not listed above are
acceptable for inclusion of this program."

They judge the approval of the loan on the following criterias.

"As with all credit applications it is necessary to have a good
business plan, successful track record, good credit, acceptable debt
to cash flow ratio, and longevity in the business which is a key
factor."

"Conventional Business Loans"
http://www.empire-capital.com/Conventional_Business_Loans.html

The requirements for applying for the loan are in our next link.

"General Loan Requirements"
http://www.empire-capital.com/Loan_Requirements.html

So in a nutshell shoaib, Empire Capital does indeed accept any kind of
business loan. But like any lending entity they will look at your
business plan, track record and other background information.

I hope that this supplements my original answer and initial
clarification. :)

Thanks again!

Easterangel please note that I want to know that Empire capital
group inc. encompass some or many of the world's finest
financial institutions in its network of '350 different
financial institutions' or not so that I shall be able to apply
to Empire capital group inc. for mortgage loan for purchase of
residential resort property in South America for investment?
Thanks for help.

Hi shoaib.

It seems that such information shall be difficult to obtain since it
is classified and usually not provided to the public by the company.

Thanks!
