  I'm looking to the link for a good backup program that can
(a) backup files to a password protected backup and
(b) backup an entire hard drive to another hard drive in the same
machine (mirror) WHILE windows xp is still running (or automatically
reboots itself, does the mirror, and then boots windows xp back in)

Thanks for the link.  Unfortunately, this software only supports tape
drives for the backup, I think.  I want to back up onto empty hard
drives.

Hi:
  Actually, we are using second copy right now.  It won't backup any
file in use though, for example the windows files and any files open
by a user at the time the backup is attempted.
 That's why we want a program that basically shuts down, backs up in
dos mode, and then reboots the computer.
