I am looking for some good templates which show how to produce an
effective governance document.  I am putting together a governance
document which provides guidelines for how a marketing department in a global
corporation will operate with its regional marketing departments. The
governance document will need to explain structures, processes,
reporting, committees, budget control, etc.
