Buyer in New York State brought a suit to compel Seller to
sp[ecfically perform
That request was granted with the Court ordering that the Closing
takle place on or before a certain date . That date passed and Buyer
was not ready to perform . Seller does not wish to proceed since the
Court ordered deadline has passed and Seller was willing and able to
comply according to the courts ruling.

Second Clarification....the buyers are in default of the court order
regarding time within which to Close any sites as to wether this
terminates their right
to force seller to proceed?
