Hi there Futurebird! I can confirm that there are many weblogs maintained by teachers in New York. These are fairly easy to find with a little Google experience. To find some, I entered the search string "new york teacher site:blogspot.com" into Google which will restrict the search to http://www.blogspot.com , a well known "blogging" service. In fact, Google actually purchased Blogger recently. For more on this, visit this Blogger FAQ: http://www.blogger.com/about/blogger_google_faq.pyra What I will do is provide a few links to "blogs" here for your convenience and also link to the searches I performed to enable you to browse the weblogs at your leisure. "My second year at an inner city high school" http://www.upthedownstaircase.blogspot.com/ "Rants From A Novice Teacher" http://avila.blogspot.com/2003_02_16_avila_archive.html "Teacher: Year One (2002)" http://www.thelwell.org/teacher/ "I'm not a ranter, I just talk a lot" http://periperijane.blogspot.com/2003_02_01_periperijane_archive.html "pips'queak" http://pips.blogspot.com/2002_06_30_pips_archive.html "curiouslee" http://216.110.185.181/weblog/ (Untitled) http://www.geocities.com/cjanselm/ "Lupaland" http://lupa.blogspot.com/ I hope that this collection of weblogs I found helps you. Regards, errol-ga.
