For the damages, I was unable to find a definite percentage or figure,
though I do assume that the employer does have a responsibility now to
answer for injuries of employees while at work. Personal injury
lawyers will know about laws on damages, so I suggest that you inquire
from one.

Thank you for your request for clarification.
Just a pointer. I do believe you have asked for more information that
is out of the scope of the original question, so I would recommend
that you post them in a new question. Thank you.
However, I decided to help you in searching for conferences.

As for quotations of judges, unfortunately, I am not in the UK, so I
am unable to approach such a judge for a question. If you will post
that as a new question, I am sure another researcher would able to
help you.
Hope this helps.

Greetings again johnmouhanpermal,
I had tried searching extensively in the Internet for the last
information you had requested, but I'm afraid it cannot be found
online. The best alternative option I can recommend is to ask the
lawyer firms I referenced in my answer. I hope the information I have
presented here will be acceptable to you. Apologies I could do little
else. Thank you.

Perhaps I could offer you the definition of 'injury' here as a
consolation. Thank you.
