Hi there,
Your site appears to have breached two Google guidelines.
Duplicate Content
-----------------
Google says:
"Don't create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with
substantially duplicate content."
These two sites would count as having substantially duplicate content:
Southern California Real Estate: Relocation Services
http://www.california-real-estate-rfl.com/index.html
Yorba Linda Realtor: Orange County California Real Estate
http://www.homesalenow.com/
Especially when you look at these pages:
http://www.homesalenow.com/relot_yorba_linda_realtor.html
http://www.california-real-estate-rfl.com/california_real_estate-relot.html
Reciprocal Linking
-----------------
You appear to at one time have been part of a reciprocal linking
scheme. Here is AlltheWeb's list of sites which link to yours:
http://www.alltheweb.com/search?q=%2Blink.all%3Ahomesalenow.com+-site%3Ahomesalenow.com&c=web&cs=utf-8&co=1&no=off&l=any
Lots of sites which have no obvious connection to yours. Many have a
bunch of links on the page:
http://www.surfing-pictures.net/surfing_pictures_wares.htm
http://www.game-cheats-crib.com/x-box/xbox-shrek.html
It's called reciprcoal linking, and Google hates it because it
undermines the fundamentals of why Google works so well. A major
ranking factor in search results is "link popularity" - the more links
that point to a web page, the more likely it is to be a worthy result
for the searcher. The assumption by Google is that inward links are
genuine. Any scheme which automates a "if you link to me, I'll link to
you" process is in breach of Google guidelines:
"However, certain actions such as cloaking, writing text that can be
seen by search engines but not by users, or setting up pages/links
with the sole purpose of fooling search engines may result in
permanent removal from our index."

"Don't participate in link schemes designed to increase your site's
ranking or PageRank"
Solution
--------
Most web site owners who breach Google guidelines are unaware that
they have done so, and do not realise how serious the consequences can
be. Ordinarily breaching just one guideline would result in a PageRank
of zero - which means you are still indexed, but do not rank very
high. In this case multiple breaches seem to have led to your site
being removed all together.
1) Contact whoever runs the reciprocal linking scheme and ask to be
removed from all the pages that include a link to your site. If they
do not help, contact the individual webmasters who have the links on
their pages.
2) Remove all but one of the duplicate content domains.
3) When the reciprocal links and duplicate domains have disappeared,
contact Google, explain that your actions were innocent, that you have
remedied the problems, and that you would like to have your website
reinstated.
Google say:
"Your page was manually removed from our index, because it did not
conform with the quality standards necessary to assign accurate
PageRank. We will not comment on the individual reasons a page was
removed and we do not offer an exhaustive list of practices that can
cause removal. However, certain actions such as cloaking, writing text
that can be seen by search engines but not by users, or setting up
pages/links with the sole purpose of fooling search engines may result
in permanent removal from our index. If you think your site may fall
into this category, you might try 'cleaning up' the page and sending a
re-inclusion request to help@google.com. We do not make any guarantees
about if or when we will re-include your site. "
