I am looking for a elecric generator to be used on wind turbine. 
The speed of the generator must be 310 rpm. Do you know who
manufacture these machines?

The only wind-powered generator I was able to find with a rated rotor
speed of exactly 310 RPM is the Bergey BWC Excel. A specification

one will work just as well. I know it is dificult I did nat find one myself.

I have to admit that, unfortunately, I have been unable to locate any
used 310 turbine generators for sale.

The only suggestion I can think of is that you contact a custom
generator maker and ask them if they can help you. I fear this might
be a costly alternative.

You have to be clear in your answers, if you say: " I can not find you
a "new one as you specify " you must be able to find an used one.
