I know that there several utils for PalmOS that can make the screen
flip 90degrees (portrait to landscape), but the one I tried said it
won’t work with a Sony PDA.

Is there a palm app that does this function, but also works with
Clies.

Hello -

The following program claims that it can rotate the screen and that it
has been modified to work on the CLIE - I don't personally have a
CLIE, so I can't check that it actually works, so I'm only posting
this as a clarification; let me know if it works...

From a brief search (which means I am likely wrong), it looks as
though the Clie does not have this capability at all, so there
probably isn't any software that can do it.
