Where can I find a downloadable version of the Standard Industry Classification codes for the UK from 1992, with updates up to the 2003 updates? The download must be free and must be in either Excel format or a text format which is easily convertible into databases; pdf and html formats are not going to work. Please note this is the SIC 92 with full updates (an indication that it is fully up-to-date would be useful), and is for the United Kingdom not the USA, nor Europe's NACE system A swift response would be appreciated :) Thanks Wolvies |

tehuti, yes that was the only copy I was able to find. I was hoping maybe one could find a copy at a university or something, though I couldn't. I know how to turn a pdf into a html file, but can't use either format. Thanks for trying |

It wouldn't really solve my problem of needing it in the next few hours for work... If it comes to it I can spend a few hours downloading individual HTML pages and integrating them, but if I decide to do that I will close the question |
