I am looking for a electric motorized track. It must resemble a track
that is used at the top of vertical blinds except that the track has
up to two hooks in it that can be brought to either end of the track
via electric motors or the like. The quieter the better. Also, the
movement cannot be slow - it must be able to move to either end of the
track in a matter of seconds. Also, it has to be able to support a
weight of up to 2 pounds. Finally, the track cannot be longer than
half a foot. Please do not refer me to a robotics site, I am looking
for a specific solution. If there is a product for sale that meets
this description, include a link to the exact product page. If you
have directions on how to create something like this, I will need a
parts list and how to build it. The track will be nearly vertical.
So the lift is what is important. Gravity can actually bring the
hooks to the bottom of the track.
