Got a phone call to switch Local Telephone Service, but can find much
on the company.  Wanted to know about other peoples experiences.  I
found their website but was also looking for other information that
people might have published about there experience with the company?

I haven't heard of that one, however there is a new digital phone
company that has received some good reviews. It uses your broadband
connection and has plans from $26-40.
