I am looking for "negative" statistics on Time Warner Telecom.  I am
looking for 2-3 publicly available statistics to show poor service in
the BUSINESS market (not residential).  Examples of such statistics
include:

"Time Warner Telecom customers report increasing billing error
rates...complaints have risen x% in the past year"
"Web hosting downtime has been x%"

I prefer to avoid specific company examples (e.g. company y is mad
about its service with TWC) but instead general statistics.  Please
note also that I am talking about Time Warner "Telecom", not Time
Warner Cable or AOL Time Warner.  Thanks!
