Can someone help me find or create a "Custom Action" rule in Outlook
2000? My intended result is this:

When a new message arrives in my Inbox, I want Outlook to
automatically send a message to a particular email address (my cell
phone) stating "You have received an email from [sender's name]."

Then, while I'm on the road, I can at least be kept aware of who has
sent me email.

I can currently set up a rule that will send a message based on a
template, but it would not include the sender's name. Also, I know I
can forward the entire message itself, but that would not be practical
considering the device that will be receiving the message is just a
phone with a little screen.
