Where is it published and where can I find it.
 
The magazine is about various cultures particualy about Antiquity Africa Oceania
The No4 2003 contains articles " in the private collection of George Ortiz"
"Antiquites from Elamite Iran"

According to Researcher hummer's Answer:
"An annual publication, of high quality, entitled Arts and Cultures.
Antiquity, Africa, Oceania, Asia, Americas, it is co-edited by Adam
Biro for the French version and Vilo Publishing for the English
version. This magazine, printed in 8000 copies, is the organ of the
Friends of the Barbier-Mueller Museum Association. It is also
available in bookstores."

"magazine" and e-mailed newletters, among other things.  Could this be
