I once saw this performer on TV who I found pretty amusing.

He was, I think, a French guy, who dressed up as a businessman and
would sprint among pedestrians and then flip himself over. For some
reason I found this to be comic genius.

He also would hurl himself at a phone booth, scaring the holy crap out
of whoever was inside.

Who is this guy, and where can I get a video of him performing?

politicalguru,

I agree with j_philippo on this. The guy wasn't an actor, but a street
performer of some sort.

I think it's more of a live performer than an actor. As far as I
remember, (because I saw the guy on TV too), his body was average, he
was bald-headed, wearing a nice gray suit and a tie. He would pretend
to stumble in most dramatic ways and shock the by-standers.
But, I just add this from the back of my memory and don't know if this
is the guy Markabe is referring to.
