Hi. I need to know the specific rain & wind data for Pulaski NY (zip
code 13142) for the specific date of March 29th 2003 (a Saturday). I
need this data to come from reputable sources, and this rain/wind data 
must be specifically for Pulaski NY, not from a nearby area like Syracuse
NY, Watertown NY, or Oswego NY.  I need to verify that the weather was
terrible on that specific day (3/29/03), and specifics would be needed,
such as wind speeds, amount of rain, storm warnings, etc. I'd also need 
to know the source(s) of the information obtained, in order to verify it 
for the Court.  I need this information immediately.
