Hi rmn-ga!

Microsoft designed the Windows-CE  operating system as a powerful
scaled down version of the MS Windows operating system that runs on
desktops. Palm on the other hand took the opposite viewpoint and
designed their operating system around a minimalistic philosophy.
In this case I would like to compare and contrast the two
methodologies in depth.
I think I meant the original Windows-CE OS.
