I know that you said that you don't have time to read a book, but
there is one book that might be so directly helpful to you that I feel
that I should at least mention it. The book is called "Toxic
Coworkers: How to Deal with Dysfunctional People on the Job." Chapter
7 of the book is entitled "The Perfectionist: The World of the
Obsessive Compulsive Personality."

I've read the book "Toxic Coworkers," mentioned in juggler's excellent
answer, and I can say that the time spent reading the book is more
than worth one's while. I'm not very keen on most pop-psychology
books, but this one is a gem.
