Thank you for response. Unfortunately, I was unable to find anything
with the colors that the valance had. I did find a patchwork designed
fabric on the Hancock fabric site;
http://www.store.yahoo.com/hancockfabricstore/ribaor.html.

What might help, is going to Hancocks or JoAnn Fabrics, taking the
picture with you and seeing if they cannot locate the fabric or
special order something similar.
