The bulletin board should appear as follows.  When the user brings up
the bulletin board main page, he will see a scrolling window with
what’s on the bulletin board already.  He will also see a text area
where new text can be typed, and a single button that says – post to
the bulletin board.

 

This apparatus is meant to work by capturing text and writing it to
the file so that when someone comes back to the bulletin board over a
period of time, the content will have been preserved and can be added
to.

 

Please deploy this assignment to your mainframe server and make the
starting page triggerable from the context named: “bboard” with the
url pattern: “user”.
