What states are considering outlawing or banning on certain days of
the week, the use of wood burning fireplaces?

I phrased the question badly. You are entirely correct in your
assumption that I am interested in the cities, counties,
municipalities of states that have banned woodburning fireplaces.

Are you asking only about STATES? In many (perhaps most) cases, it is
cities, counties, or various districts that have or are considering
such legislation.
