I currently run our church website on WEBDISKS.COM which I thought was
a great deal at $29/year including the domain. It has "unlimited"
features in all aspects. However, these great features only seem to be
available whenever the server feels like running.

I am looking for LOW COST, RELIABLE ** NT ** hosting with support of
Frontpage 2002 extensions, ASP support (not ASP for PERL module) so I
can run REAL ASP databases.

I also would like these to be included:

1. 5-10 POP email addresses
2. Minimum 25mb storage
3. Minimum 500mb transfer per month
4. NO ADVERTISING
5. The ability to transfer my domain name over
6. ** RELIABILITY **

After an extensive search, the best host that I found was LFC Hosting
- www.lfchosting.com.  Their executive plan
(http://www.lfchosting.com/hosting_packages.shtml)  has all the
features you'd like and more (including free domain transfers and a
lower price than you're currently paying).  You can compare this
company with others here:
http://www.lfchosting.com/hosting_compare.shtml.  This looks like a
great amount of features for a great price, and should be quite
reliable.

If you'd like, you can try to find hosts at www.ratemyhost.com or
www.comparewebhosts.com, but I highly suggest LFC Hosting.

Please let me know if you'd like additional suggestions if, for some
reason, LFC doesn't work out.

I believe you may have misread my question in regards to the "low
cost" portion. I am currently paying $29.00 US PER YEAR for hosting
service which includes the domain name, not PER MONTH.

I am willing to pay more than $29 obviously, but is there anything
available for under $50 a year??

Ah, sorry about that.  Now that I realize cost may be more of an
issue, I'll present you with two more, cheaper, recommendations:

1. www.sleekhost.com - their starter plan, for $75.00 a year, covers
everything that you've listed including unlimited data transfer, 500
MB of storage, and an unlimited amount of POP3 emails

2. www.discountasp.net - their annual plan will cost $90.00, but their
sole focus is on ASP, which means that they'll likely be more helpful
if you run into problems

Overall, choice 1 offers more features for the money, but I'll leave
the final decision up to you.

Again, please let me know if I can clarify at all.

Couldn't find as low of a cost provider as I was hoping for.
