Hello kiph-ga,

Easter Sunday has not fallen on April 20 before in this period. The
last time it fell on April 20 was 1930 (and the next time after this
year will be 2014).

Oh dear. I answered your first posting of the question, while, a few
minutes earlier, tehuti-ga answered your second posting.

Like tehuti-ga, let me provide another source of information. It's
not as convenient as the source in my answer, but if you type in
certain years, such as 1930 and 2003, you'll get further confirmation
of the answer.
