Probably the reason why they are able to sell the book is because this
kind of information is not otherwise easily available.  But if you
want to hold out for freely available information, I understand.  (I
generally look for free information too; sometimes I can find it, and
sometimes not.  Perhaps another Researcher will find this information
for you, or perhaps not.)

I have access to this information via personal experience and the 2004
Sports Sponsor Factbook.  Please post again if this information is
still needed.
