The Adams brand has been purchased by Smucker:
"Agrilink Foods, Inc., Rochester, N.Y,, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Pro-Fac Cooperative (Nasdaq: PFACP) and The J.M. Smucker Company
(NYSE: SJMA and SJMB), Orrville, Ohio, today announced that they have
completed the sale of the Adams brand peanut butter business to
Smucker.
Adams natural and no-stir peanut butters are marketed principally in
the northwestern part of the United States and in western Canada.
Terms of the transaction were not announced.

the Smucker's site, although there is a Smucker's Natural Peanut
