I am looking for a sound bite of this quote from "The Simpson's."

"If anything goes wrong, just blame it on the guy who can't speak
English. Ahh Tibor, how many times have you saved my butt?"

I am not sure which one of the characters said it, but it most likely
was Homer, Marge, or one of the power plant employees.

Hello tehya13,
Thank you for the interesting question.  As a hardcore Simpsons fan
myself, it didn't take me long to find out where this quote came from.
The exact quote is "Now Marge, just remember, if something goes wrong
at the plant, blame the guy who can't speak English.  Ah Tibor, how
many times have you saved my butt? Hehehehe"
It was said by Homer, in episode 9F05: Marge gets a Job.  Homer was
giving Marge tips on how to cope with her new job at the power plant.
